Features That Will Help You Navigate The Web Site
One of the things I love about the Nature Pics By Andrew (NPBA) web site is that it offers several features and tools to help you explore the photos that interest you in a number of interesting ways, such as the following:
Artist Favorites Collection - This section features a few favorite images from my Water Bird and Landscape collections. Each photo has its own story and serves as an introduction to of the style of photography you will see on the rest of the web site.
Augmented Reality Tool – You can use the camera on your tablet or cell phone to superimpose any photo on this web site on a wall inside your home or business, as if it was actually hanging there. Just click on the ‘Live Preview AR’ button when viewing any image posted here to see how the image you are interested actually would look in the setting you are considering for it.
Wall Preview Tool – Use this tool to view images as they would look in a setting. Of your choice. Click on this feature to bring up a menu of ‘animated’ rooms with an image of your choice from the web site. You can adjust the image ‘medium’ and ‘size’ to see how it will look or fit in the room you have selected.
Email A Friend Tool – Using this tool allows you to easily share a photo from the web site with someone else by emailing a copy of the image to them. This allows you to give them your input and allows them to share their impressions back. Go to the photo you are interested in sharing and then click on the ‘Email A Friend’ feature.
Live 3D Preview Tool – This is a visual representation of what a given medium type you are considering will actually look like. For instance, if you consider the “canvas gallery wrap” option for a photo you have selected, you will immediately be able to see a three dimensional representation of that image, as a canvas gallery wrap, hanging on a wall. This gives a more realistic look to your selection.
Magnifier Tool- Once you select a photo to consider and place your cursor on it, you will see a magnifying glass type image that will give you a magnification of that image.
Detailed description of print ‘medium’ and print ‘styles’ – To help understand the selections available just put your cursor on the ‘medium’ or ‘style’ you want to know more about. Then place the cursor on the item you want and click on the accompanying circled ‘?’ to see a detailed explanation of that item to help you decide which choice you prefer.
